With a Hippowash, over 100 brass nozzles are configured in a unique low-profile, cross-hatch design to deliver the water on target.

This also minimizes the potential for over spray and maximises water collection for re-use.

The volume, power and flow-rate of the water delivery works so effectively with the sloping sub-floor of our wash platform and submersible slurry pump, that all the wash water and accompanying debris from the vehicles is flushed away for recycling. This keeps the wash platform free from solid materials, making it virtually maintenance free. It also means an additional wash-down programme is not required.

To optimise the quality of your recycled water we recommend using our SILTEATER waste water clarifier. The unit is so effective at water clarification, it can settle out over 90% of solids down to less than 20 microns and a proportion of finer material. It can also be configured to discharge accumulated silt automatically for even greater convenience.
