Hippowash Elite

Hippowash Elite comes with an inverter and our SILTEATER waste water clarifier.

Hippowash Elite is the largest, most effective wheel washing system available from Hippowash®, It has been designed to deal with the most challenging of site conditions on quarries, waste management sites and construction sites alike. In some locations, over 400 vehicles per day are passing through the system. Our clients tell us that it works effectively and saves them money.
This system allows 2 whole wheel revolutions over the 6m long wash platform and subjects the vehicle's tyres to high volumes of water delivered at high pressure.

The system benefits from inverter-driven pumps to minimise power consumption and maximise performance, flexibility and longevity.

Galvanised side screens ensure 95% of the water used is reclaimed. A powerful submersible pump delivers it to the SILTEATER waste water clarifier. This removes the greatest amount of suspended solids (down to less than 20 microns) of any of our recycling systems and is as effective as a 120m² lagoon.
The system is also fitted with on/off sensors. A powerful hand lance used for additional cleaning capability is supplied in the steel, lockable pump house which is also equipped with a light and a heater for frost protection.

Ramps are optional, depending on whether the system is required to be installed above ground or inset.
