Hippowash at SteinExpo 2008

Hippowash exhibited a working Hippowash Classic system incorporating its own water recycling unit fitted with our latest development; the new automatic hopper discharge valves. A chute introducing dirt into the wash platform simulated the effect the material removed from site vehicles has on the closed-loop system. This allowed our system's unrivalled silt separating properties to be demonstrated live and automatically by means of the automatic hopper discharge system.

The technological advances we are introducing to maximise performance whilst minimising operational demands seem to address many of the issues clients have with exisiting wheel washing systems that are available. SteinExpo 2008 is the seventh international exhibition designed to showcase the construction materials and services industry. The show was held on the 3rd - 6th September at: Homberg/Nieder-Ofleiden, Germany. Basalt quarry. Mitteldeutsche Hartstein-Industrie AG. (Europe's largest basalt quarry).
