The Hippowash Classic Wheel WasherA 6m Wash with the Hippowash Waste Water Clarifier
The Hippowash Classic comes with an inverter and our waste water clarifier. The Hippowash Classic has been extremely well received in the quarrying, waste management and construction industries alike. Our clients tell us that it works effectively and saves them money. This system allows 2 whole wheel revolutions over the 6m long wash platform and subjects the vehicle's tyres to high volumes of water delivered at high pressure. The system benefits from inverter-driven pumps to minimise power consumption and maximise performance, flexibility and longevity. Galvanised side screens ensure 95% of the water used is reclaimed. A powerful submersible pump delivers it to the waste water clarifier. This removes suspended solids down to less than 20 microns making it as effective as a 100m2 lagoon . The system is also fitted with on/off sensors. A powerful hand lance used for additional cleaning capability is supplied in the steel, lockable pump house which is also equipped with a light and a heater for frost protection.
