Digit's Full Vehicle Wash

In this example of a bespoke solution (pictured above) our client Digit required the body of their vehicles to be cleaned at the same time as the wheels. Hippowash provided the solution by adding an overhead spray unit.

Turnkey Solution For Biffa Westmill

Due to an increase in site traffic and more stringent environmental requirements, Biffa Westmill's old wet spinner was no longer effective. They needed a turnkey solution to remove the existing wash and provide a new system to clean their vehicles' tyres to higher standards than ever. The added complication was that a new wash system would have to be in the form of a bridge to connect the site to the entrance.

Hippowash designed a site-specific solution incorporating an automatically operating 9 metres long wash-bridge (pictured below).

In order to ustilise the existing infrastructure, the base of the wash platform was designed to allow the water to fall by gravity into the lagoon below. Hippowash engineers completed the removal of the old system and the installation of the new within 48 hours, minimising disruption to this busy site.
