The SILTEATER can be supplied with an Auto Hopper Discharge System (AHD) that automatically releases the accummulated silt from the hoppers without operator involvement.

4" pneumatic knife valves are fitted to the conical hoppers and are powered by a low-maintenance air compressor located in the combination unit.

Silt is automatically discharged periodically, either at pre-determined intervals or at specific times of the day, programmable from a digital control panel.

100% Recycling

You can recycle 100% of the material discharged from the SILTEATER by collecting it initially in a two-chamber de-watering slab. The chambers should be divided by a weir wall such that the supernant water can flow over into the clean section. From here it can be pumped back into the SILTEATER using a small submersible pump. The material in the larger section can be left to de-water before transferring back to site.
